I'm Amerla Casal, a Registered Nurse with specialized training in Maternal-Child Health, Neonatal Critical Care, Postpartum Recovery & Wellness, and Newborn Development & Behavior. After years of caring for patients at some of the most vulnerable and transformative moments of their lives, I saw firsthand how deeply connected our skin health, self-care, and overall wellness truly are.
